1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Easy2SFX (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides AI-based sound effect generation from video or text, text-to-speech, and related features. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or availability of AI-generated content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account and Passcode
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any passcode secure. Do not share them. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to upload illegal or infringing content, or to abuse the APIs or other users. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided without warranty of ownership or non-infringement; you use them at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI can produce inaccurate or inappropriate results. You use all outputs at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party APIs (e.g. OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Replicate) or their availability, cost, or content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Credits and Usage
Credits are granted at our discretion (e.g. free tier or passcode access) and may be limited or changed with notice. Use is for personal or internal use subject to fair use. Paid credits or subscriptions may be introduced later; payment terms will be stated at purchase and may be updated per these Terms.
9a. Refunds and Credits
No refunds of money or credits will be issued except in cases of a serious bug where the client did not receive the generated media. In all other circumstances, purchases and credit usage are final and non-refundable.
9b. Alpha Version Notice
Easy2SFX is currently in Alpha. Some bugs and mismatches are part of this stage—we apologize for any inconvenience. We encourage you to enjoy the service and make the most of it. The site may be temporarily taken down for upgrade to the stable version; we will notify users when possible.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Stored data and unused credits may be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may ask you to accept the new terms again.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides. For questions, contact us at the email or address provided in the app or on the website.
